I think Phog gets the nod based on record (though that's helped by how insanely good their teams are year in and year out) and on history of massive games with national title implications.

Hard to match up against a Blue Blood there... I do think that Marriott advantage is unique beyond the crowd as is tough to travel that far for most Big12 teams and the elevation factor.
