The current contract only goes for 2 more years and is with ESPN until then... the only negotiation there whether it's 6-6 or will change to 5-7.

The system now that all 10 conference commissioners plus ND AD have to have a unanimous vote to change anything is untenable going forward. If Schultz proves to be a fly in the ointment he may be dooming the G5 to have no influence going forward. I don't think that's healthy for CFB as a whole.
