Game after game, spotting teams multiple touchdowns, due to lack of discipline, which comes from lack of leadership.

Lack of leadership is also the inability to be able to identify a problem and to be able to fix it.

That has been on display with our defense for several years.

It was on full display with our offensive line this year game after game we would hear we have to watch the film and we will fix this game after game after game

Not knowing what to do not knowing how to do it, or not knowing when to do it, it’s all leadership, or lack there of.
