Why do you think Hill would be better for BYU as HC and not DC? The HC has to do a lot of administrative crap dealing
with media and boosters. He doesn't get to spend his time actually coaching or developing game plans. Kalani is better suited to do that stuff. Hill is great at building and running a defense. Pay him whatever it takes to keep him but keep him running the defense.
