I just watched the segment. It was harmless. I don't blame him for being bitter with how it was all handled by Siefert
but I also don't blame Siefert/SF for going the direction they did with Young. Any ill will he had seems to be directed to the coaching and front office during that transition.

He mentioned he and Steve are friendly with each other.

He mentioned he and Steve never had any bad blood beyond the bit that comes between competing with each other.

He didn't want to end his legendary career sitting on the bench when he knew he still had some game in him, and he was just coming off of the best statistical season of his career.

He threw a little shade about them being up in the NFC Championship when he got hurt and then the team losing in the end which was obviously when Young had replaced him that game.
