that isn't specialized (like the one in the video) isn't what you need to worry about, but it's the specialized automation that takes (and has already taken) jobs. But humans adapt and find other things to replace those jobs.

Also, since you brought up the ordering kiosks, anyone that has visited a place with a kiosk instead of real people knows that the kiosks are way less efficient than a competent cashier (given that it relies on the customer who isn't as familiar with the ordering system to do the ordering). That's not to say that places won't replace people with them, anyway, but it's worse, and people often notice.
