A dumb 16 year old at Old Navy can pump out one of those shirts every 2 seconds. Robots require
a massive upfront cost, tons of maintenance, and are typically only great at a single job. Humans are just cheaper in many cases that aren't on a factory line. Most things on assembly lines have been replaced by machines long ago as well. We just find more things for humans to do that robots can't and we will continue to do that.
