I think that's great if SWA wants to do that, but I hate that in the video ...
the person says, "this should be the standard for all airlines".
I hate the expectation that they should now be able to take up two seats just because. We "demand" too much accommodation from others imo, not just in this situation, but in a lot of ways. Be grateful when they accommodate, but don't demand it.
