Need to hire a Moose Bingham type that is the clear recruiting coordinator
And who can create an organizational structure that can match BYUs national pull
Similar to what Lance Anderson created under Harbaugh when he was trying to make it in this profession.
I’m not sure many could even cite who’s been the recruiting coordinator over the last 8 years
Outside of establishing the culture and recruiting structure I don’t think the HC plays nearly as big of a role as many think.
