Batty and Bagnah coming back is enormous
Having 2 senior defensive ends next year who will be experienced in Jay Hill's system is going to be absolutely huge for the defense in 2024.
Their first year in Hill's system:
Batty: 57 tackles, 5.5 sacks, 9.0 TFL, 2 FF. All Big 12 2nd team.
Bagnah: 27 tackles, 1.0 sack, 1.5 TFL, 1 FF.
Batty especially was very good this year, but I really think he can have a senior leap like Bronson Kaufusi did and be even better.
And I think Bagnah can make a leap as well with a big off season. Needs to bulk up and add some weight.
