Too many guys at the top collecting tremendously overweight contracts can't be good for the morale of the guys at the bottom. I think this is what Utah is experiencing. Lucrative team deals that spread money more evenly like what Texas Tech have in place I think will ultimately prove the most effective for non blue blood programs
