I've followed recruiting probably too much in the past 13 years. Kalani was never a great recruiter at the UoU. The media served that up, and Byu gobbled it down. He was/ is an A++ developer. Kalani isn't the best recruiter on his current staff. Plus, recruiting is WAY more of a collective effort than people think.
