here in Texas and he's always been a Utah man. He doesn't hate BYU or anything, but ever since I've known him he's been all in on Utah, or other big name programs (USC, Texas, etc.). I think it was more a P5/G5 thing, so maybe that will change. But I don't think BYU was the first choice for many of the top Poly recruits for a really long time and that's something that's going to take a while to change.
