How many good coaches/teams put the two worst players in their rotation
in the starting lineup?

I'd be willing to bet all the tacos in the world that the answer to that is zero.

That's exactly what BYU is going at this point. Just because results haven't been affected adversely yet doesn't mean it is a good idea. You can talk all you want about lineups, rotations, balancing strengths/weaknesses...none of it matters. You should never have your two worst rotation guys starting each half. It makes it way too difficult to get your best players the minutes they should get and minimizing the time that those better players are exhausted on the court.

What makes it worst is that BYU has two rotation-worthy players who aren't playing right now, and they would both be better than the other two guys starting. So not only is Pope starting two guys that are 7th and 8th best in the current rotation, they would be 9th and 10th if Khalifa and Baker were healthy.
