Found the car that we want, called and confirmed that it's in stock. Website shows the "Dealer advertised price". They send over contract and pricing details that include an additional $10k market adjustment and $2100 worth of paint and tire protection packages. They are "really sorry" that they can't honor their advertised price on the website, but this is the lowest price they are offering it for.
I'm doing a mostly cash purchase, but it looks like car rates are 8-10% now. It seems that car dealers are about to experience the same thing that home sellers are where people's purchasing power is slashed with these higher interest rates. I don't see how they can continue to charge what they are trying to charge.
