Scary experiences.....
Not sure I would say scary but I'll share some stories from our Bed and Breakfast. We sold it 2 years ago.
We used to own a BnB in Manti that was completed in 1880 It was first built as a house, then the church owned it and it was a boarding house for those building the Temple, then a hotel. It was sold as a private residence to keep from being confiscated over polygamy. Most of the stories are things that were related to me.

One of the previous owners told me how she watched heavy candle sticks moving across a table one night.

Many times people would say they heard a baby crying when there were no babies in the building when they were there. This was very common.

Lots of stories of footsteps etc...

We had many honeymooners staying on the first night after their wedding obviously. One time about a week later I had a parent call that had their daughter staying on their wedding night. She stated that in the middle of the night they had woken up and there was a guy standing at the foot of the bed. dressed like it was the 1800's, etc.. He wasn't fully solid but as they looked at him there was no bad feelings nothing scary etc.. Just that he was there. (this is the only time I heard of someone saying they saw something)

We had someone stay one time that said they were "Intune" with the spirit world. (not lds) They stated that they could feel things in the building but there was no malice etc.. It was all peaceful. until they went down into the basement where the water heaters and mechanical is as well as a couple of bathrooms. That area was very "dark" . The stories state that the basement was used to hide polygamists' from the government.

For me the only thing that I can't explain was one night while we were waiting for a reservation for dinner to come in the phone rings. They are outside on the front porch and the door is locked. We didn't have any guests staying that night. There was just me and the server there and we didn't lock the door. I have no idea how the door got locked.

My favorite ghost story from the Inn is from Kerm. (he's my brother) they were staying and it was a windy night and the wind was blowing and making noise down through the fireplace in their room and the chimney. His 3 yo at the time was convinced it was ghosts.
