Tyson was still moving the whole time. . . He was showing momentum the whole time. even if parallel to the goalline for a bit.
If it was blow it dead anytime there is no "forward progress" Than RBs and QBs hit in the backfrield who break free often times spin parallel or backwards. You only blow it dead for the ball carriers safety when they have lost all their moment.
