I believe David Buss had mentioned a global survey where they

sampled men from 37(?) different countries, races, religions & cultures & the results were men from different backgrounds looked for the same qualities in a woman. Hips to waist ratio, long hair, "baby" face, feminine & nurturing etc. The study showed that it's not just a "WASP"-western civilization thing.
