You think your back hurts after golf?

Throw in digestive issues after producing that many watts of energy. It’s nice to think you can just keep drinking nutrition, gels, kcals however you can get them but your stomach isn’t used to processing that many carbs that quickly.

I’m not saying it is a super-human feat. I just chuckle at our tendency for overconfidence after completing a significantly smaller ride.
