He says it's important to him that all Jazz fans have access to watch the games
and that they will figure out ways to offset the loss in revenue from local broadcast agreements in some other way.

It makes me wonder if their hope is to:

1. own the broadcasts themselves.
2. distribute them via a local channel (that allows for free OTA reception), and
3. provide an online streaming platform to view games

Basically, it sounds like Ryan Smith wants to follow a model similar to BYUtv in his distribution of the games. The question is whether or not they will own the platform themselves or come to an agreement with another carrier for distribution, etc.
