From what I understand it varies quite a bit depending on size
I don’t think it’s necessarily lucrative at the smaller ones.
Nursing staffing is still in short supply and Medicare reimbursement not necessarily that good.

It's all based on utilization. I know several that do it, and they do well. But it seems stressful.

My guess is 100-120k, but I'm not sure that stress would be worth it.
