Someone who is going with kids is going to value something very different than someone who wants the craziest coaster. Someone who gets motion sick on crazy coasters will not value a park that prioritizes coasters. Some parks are kept immaculately clean. Others not so much. That matters to some people and less to others.

I don't think there is a park that objectively offers the best "value".
