Terrence Brown reported afterwards that Max yelled (paraphrased) the iconic Jack Black Anchorman line, “Hey Broseph! Did you just throw a burrito out the window?” as he walked toward the sideline in supposed confusion when the ball was snapped to Harvey, resulting in the "intent to deceive" penalty (which NOBODY even realized was on the books).
