Don't understand how many people are blindly committed to traditional "in office
" dynamics regardless of potential benefits/savings.
There are lots of people really struggling to adapt to WFH dynamics. They can't accept that work still happens and goals are still met even without them hovering around everyone's cubicle.
Businesses still have useless and expensive meetings all the time because certain people cannot adapt to sending a quick Teams message or replying to an email.
