I'm not kidding. He had no desire to do any work and would sit for a half hour at a time in the bathroom, usually just playing on his phone.
Everyone pretty much caught on to what he was doing.
I made a complaint to management and they did nothing.
So I put a pretty funny cartoon about it in the bathroom. The guy actually complained to HR, saying that he had some kind of medical issue and threatened to sue. Total baloney. He sat in there at the same times every day always for a half hour on the nose.
Sorry, no medical issue does that.

I got written up and my job threatened.
Well, it bit the company because they let the guy stay for 1.5 years. They did finally get him to stop camping out in the bathroom, but he never did his job. I later discovered that he was working, but for another company. Double dipping.
Finally he left the company on his own. When they discovered that he hadn't done much on his project, thankfully they didn't have the guts to ask me to take it over, because I would have refused.
It ended up costing the company big time.
Served them right.
