she offered to pay the face value of the ticket - but that's a small part of the real cost to get great seats at
LES.
It seems she's upset that her dad's cougar club points don't fall to her after her dad's death, but that's BYU's policy for everyone (and it's a sound policy).
If she wants her normal seats she can donate enough money to ensure that those seats will be available to her when it's her turn to pick.
