They are shady…they basically just legalized what Reggie Bush lost the Heisman
for. The bar is raised - it’s not just giving a free education with room and board, it’s not just giving them sponsorship money - now it’s about who gives the most. It doesn’t stop at colleges that have the most to give but now which colleges have the richest alumni base.
To a point it might be fine but we’ll all see this grow to something unmanageable.
