LDS kid makes ZERO effort to get in contact with BYU. Yeah, I'd pass as well.
It's one thing for BYU to introduce themselves to a player that doesn't know BYU well, but this kid had a brother attend BYU (the brother turned out to be an anti-BYU enthusiast). I'm sure that if they even mentioned the Cougars, he'd have gotten a call.
He may be great, but wasting effort on a kid whose family knows what the BYU experience is is a waste of time. He's got plenty of options.
