because they don't mind being shady. That is the difference. Yes those collectives will likely be shut down but Utah doesn't care because it gets them results now. Same way Utah will pick up players that got kicked off other teams for DUI's. They value short term results over institutional integrity. BYU is different that way. Sure, their alumni base could likely lap Utah in an NIL collective, but they choose to play the game the right way.
