Ouch, that stinks. I used to buy foreclosures and the things people would do
before eviction to steal or sabotage the properties was incredible. Had one where they drilled 100+ tiny holes in the water lines running through attic. Some took cabinets out, ripped out trim, pee on floor, break fixtures and toilets, etc. Amazing stuff
