I just pulled it from the wikipedia page on the dress. The scientific explanations section is pretty interesting

The gist is that the picture was taken under a yellow tinted light, and your brain can interpret that as white and gold under a blue tinted light.

The dress looks blue and black to me, but that doesn't really look blue to me. More grey than anything.
