I wasn’t talking about “anywhere.” I was talking about the spot in the video you

linked. I assumed (correctly, it turns out!) that at that spot, the ocean wasn’t behaving unpredictably, but following a long-observed pattern.

The ocean indeed does crazy things, but it’s really only unpredictable when there’s unusual weather.
