Thanks. FYI company is in Pennsylvania and I'm in FL. PA seems to be pretty fair
California would be ideal because they are the most "pro employee" while PA is middle of the road from what I can tell.

You'll want a Utah Employment law attorney. You'll need someone who specializes in that 100%.

Review your employment contract. It will probably name the state it is subject to. So an attorney from that state.
