That article doesn't discuss primary vs secondary prevention. And, it is a marketing article. Finding a polyp is no
longer primary prevention. It is secondary prevention, and not what I, or your insurance company, would consider prevention. Once you are in the secondary prevention world, you are paying out of pocket for testing instead of screening.
When say "preventable disease" we are talking about primary preventable.

Um, colonoscopy doesn't prevent cancer. The bowel prep and camera doesn't alter the genetics. An argument can be made
