What I did was this... You can search the board for the directions.

I downloaded it to my computer first. (links on board)

Then I went to a free ringtone website that will email any audio file that you have to your phone for free. I created an account and uploaded it to that website. They sent it to my phone within 24 hours for free (immediately has a charge)

I don't know the links or website anymore, but you can search the board. It's all in here somewhere.
