On all the third party websites right now, there are consistently no tickets available in sections 103-109. So that seems to indicate that no raiders season ticket holders, Notre Dame season ticket holders, or others know their tickets will be in that section. It is also in a corner, where a visiting fan section would normally be. Could be completely wrong, but that is what my “bored on a Saturday” snooping has found.
