Satellite campuses would be like: Washington State University (Pullman Campus) vs Washington State University (Vancouver Campus). In either case, your diploma just says Washington State University. Unless I'm mistaken, the schools you used as your examples would list different names on the diploma, same with BYU and BYU-I.
Whether or not satellite campuses always have the same rigor and the diploma should be the same is a different discussion altogether. However, some school systems essentially give permission for the individual to list the overall school name rather than specifying the campus essentially by virtue of what's included on the diploma.
