Like has been mentioned, the third OOC game does not need to be that first weekend. We could always open up with a conference game and then slot a 2024 or other future year opponent in. For example, Nevada only has 11 games for 2023, so we could schedule them in October before the MW and Big 12 schedules get finalized.
