I wonder if prospective dentists consider the fact that they will have no professional colleagues, only (or mostly) female assistants. Medical doctors often practice in groups but it sees most dental practices are sole practitioners. The conversations I heard during my two hour appointment reminded me I’m not cut out for that profession…with or without the polygamous clan
