changing jobs for a higher salary vs. keeping the job I have right now with my stock options. Been working at a publicly traded tech company for a year. I know I'm not moving up anytime in the next 5+ years, so don't see it as a long-term play. Can probably switch jobs to an accounting manager role and get more $$ (which we're really needing), but at the same time have a bunch of stock options that vest every year (and was just given more), which could be worth a lot in the future (although would be dependent on the company not bleeding money on stupid endeavors like they have been and actually developing the technology they keep promising).
