want or feel like eating. Of course you need to 8 things you enjoy, and it's okay to eat something that's junk from time to time. But find things that you enjoy that adequately fuel your body. Things high in protein and fiber and low in saturated fats and added sugar. They're out there for sure, it just takes a little looking amd purposeful effort and maybe costs a little more. It makes it so much easier to cut out crap that your body doesn't need that you would have eaten before when you find good fuel.
