My wife and I once got Frosties from Wendy’s full of metal shavings.
The bearings in the Frosty maker went bad and resulted in a bunch of metal shavings in our Frosties. The franchise owner was in our ward so we called him and ran them over to him to look at. He was mortified! He arranged for a few hundred dollars from corporate and a bunch of free meal coupons that we used for the next year. We still have the kids playhouse we bought with the money and call it the “Frosty House”.
