It definitely could change that. And if he doesn't have a degree yet there is absolutely a benefit to staying and
improving.
If he has his degree then I wouldn't blame him at all for leaving no matter what the feedback is. And I want him to do the best thing for him, not the best thing for BYU. I'd tell him the same if he were my kid. If he can get $1M or even like $500,000 guaranteed, get out of here.
