Losing an immediate family member is tough, I lost my first sister this year, but there is great strength and even peace to be found on the other side of our loved one's departures. We are strengthened by the love and support of our Savior who made possible what will be such sweet reunions when our own time comes. I've never realized how much I truly NEED my Savior to be happy until this year, and that sweet knowledge of my reliance on Him but also His complete faith in me and love for me has made the price I paid to gain that testimony totally worth it.
