The most relevant answer to the actual question you asked would be

for you to show BYU 2016, BYU 2017, BYU 2018, BYU 2019, BYU 2020, ....2021.....2022.......

There is either a trend up or there is not a trend up for BYU.

Utah will feel mire competition for active LDS recruits - especially local ones. Otoh, Utah has enty of other places to get recruits. Places where they are not competing with BYU for those recruits. Utah recruiting should be fine even though BYU recruiting should improve.
