I have used them for about 2 years now and really don't have any major complaints. I would reccomend them. It is nice being able to fax an excel spreadsheet or a powerpoint slide without having to print. I do keep fax machine for backup when I have documents that I need to fax that I don't want the hassle of scanning to my computer and then sending them out via efax.
