"Please clean up after your pets, be courteous."

That same neighbor feeds the neighborhood pigeons every day. Therefore hundreds of pigeons poop all over all her neighbors' roofs and yards all day long waiting for the next feeding.

What would you do about this problem. I have already told her that feeding pigeons causes neighborhood pigeon infestation and problems with pigeon droppings.
