(He has has a few balls batted away because by the time he threw the ball, the defender had recovered and gotten into position to defend the pass, but if he had thrown the ball half a second earlier, it would have been a completion.)
I think he is better at getting through his reads than he was in 2019, so that is promising. And there is every reason to expect the game to continue to slow down for him, which will help a ton. He has all the physical talent in the world, so when this mental aspect of the game gets dialed in, he will be amazing.
Quicker reads will improve Hall's pass efficiency, and greater passing efficiency will put pressure on the defense and open up the running lanes more consistently. Then we'll see our offense humming like we know it could.
