sports as winners, based on one win that occurred 10 days ago compared to Utah's 9-year winning streak. I just thought it was a weird (and hasty) conclusion to draw.

The Utes have bad apples in their fan base. Probably more than BYU. But we have our warts, too. It's the nature of sports fandom.
