Where are you getting this from? If the GOR is in place (meaning the Big 12 owns
the Tier 1 and Tier 2 media rights for the entire conference, including OU and UT through 2025), then why does ESPN get to renegotiate the TV contract before 2025?

The conference owns the rights. The conference also has a tv deal. Those are different contracts.
